Registration and Fees – TS3 2025
The TS3 Conference will take place at the Sorbonne (Jussieu Campus, Paris) on 15–16 October 2025. It is organized by the four French Universities of Technology and will gather about fifty researchers to discuss energy, ecological and societal transitions.
Your registration includes:
- Access to all scientific sessions,
- Coffee breaks,
- Book of abstracts (available online after the event).
Registration fees:
- UT participants: €50 (PhD students), €75 (permanent staff)
- External academics: €200 (€100 if PhD student)
- External non-academics: €300
- Exhibitor stand: €500 (includes 2 participant badges)
Payment methods
- Online payment by credit card (PayBox)
Directly via the Sciencesconf platform at the time of registration.
- Payment by purchase order
- When registering on Sciencesconf, you will receive a TS3 confirmation email.
- This email must be forwarded to your administrative department, which will issue the official purchase order.
- The purchase order must then be sent by the administrative department to: servicefinancier@uttop.fr
- Deadline: purchase orders must be sent no later than 19 September 2025.
- ⚠️ Purchase orders sent directly by participants will not be accepted.
Invoices
An invoice will be issued by UTTOP upon receipt of the payment (PayBox) or of the validated purchase order sent by the financial department.
